I spent the better part of the last decade building and leading customer service operations at two of the most demanding CX environments in Europe: Netflix and GetYourGuide.

At Netflix, I was part of the CS leadership team for EMEA - managing complex, multilingual operations at a scale where every decision impacts millions of customers. At GetYourGuide, I work directly with the CX team on workforce management, capacity planning, and operational design.
