The challenge

A global travel marketplace is moving from grassroots AI momentum into a company-wide transformation push sponsored by the CPO and CEO. The AI enablement team inside the People organisation is the central node for the work and needs an outside partner to consolidate audit outputs, sharpen enablement assets, and shape how the work lands with executives.

The approach

  • Sense-make: synthesising Culture Amp results, the AI baseline proficiency survey, and department-level AI audit outputs into a prioritised view the People team and execs can act on
  • Shape: sparring on zero-to-one onboarding modules, department transformation playbook logic, and the manager and leadership enablement package
  • Steer: shaping how the work is tracked, prioritised, and reported up, including a succinct exec-facing view for the late-May exec meeting
